Are guests on the Blocklist/Blacklist assigned a risk score?
Autohost does not assign a risk score to a guest on the blocklist.
Based on our experience working with clients that use a blocklist, we have learned that guest reservations can be declined for various reasons. Examples include guests contacting Support multiple times during a stay, or getting into a physical altercation with other tenants.
Autohost bases the risk score on the information collected from the guest and the booking parameters (length of stay, lead time, etc).
